Job Description
Job title: HR Operations Intern Role Summary Support day‑to‑day HR operational functions, including transactional activities in Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Provide accurate data entry, case management, and administrative assistance throughout the employee lifecycle. Expectations - Execute transactional HR tasks with precision. - Maintain up‑to‑date employee records across HR platforms. - Deliver high‑quality customer service to internal stakeholders. - Manage multiple priorities with strong time‑management and flexibility. Key Responsibilities - Manage HRSD queue, handle end‑to‑end cases, and ensure timely case closure. - Perform Oracle HCM data entry, audit data accuracy, and generate related reports. - Support pre‑onboarding, lifecycle, and off‑boarding processes, collecting required information. - Create, update, and preserve employee files within HR systems. - Conduct technical and administrative duties such as employment verification, travel letters, and government reporting. Required Skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. - Experience or strong understanding of HR systems (ServiceNow HRSD, Oracle HCM). - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. - Self‑directed, highly organized, and able to adapt to shifting deadlines. - High proficiency in English. Required Education & Certifications - Current enrollment or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Eligible candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents. - No additional certifications required.
