Job title: Test Director Role Summary: Lead and manage the full test lifecycle for a high‑profile SAP/ERP implementation, ensuring quality, compliance, and data integrity in a SC‑cleared, regulated environment. Drive strategy, planning, execution, defect resolution, and stakeholder reporting to deliver reliable system performance. Expectations: Maintain active SC clearance; uphold security and confidentiality protocols; demonstrate decisive leadership, proactive risk management, and clear communication with technical and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Define test strategy, scope, and methodology for SAP/ERP rollout. - Allocate and manage testing resources (team, tools, environments). - Plan, conduct, and oversee system, integration, regression, and UAT cycles. - Coordinate with development, data, and business teams to capture test requirements. - Monitor compliance with security standards, ensuring clearance requirements are met. - Track defects, issues, and risks; enforce timely resolution and re‑testing. - Produce regular progress reports, metrics, and quality assessments for senior management. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lessons‑learned documentation. Required Skills: - Active SC clearance. - Proven leadership in large‑scale SAP/ERP test programs (integration, regression, UAT, data migration). - Expertise in test strategy development, planning, coordination, defect management, and reporting. - Experience in regulated or security‑sensitive settings with strong data security, compliance, and confidentiality knowledge. - Advanced stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration. - Excellent written and verbal communication for status, risk, and issue reporting. - Strong people‑management and team‑leadership capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field (preferred). - Scalable certifications (e.g., ISTQB, PMP, SAFe) are advantageous.
