Analyze sales performance, commercial tools, and reporting to identify opportunities and risks. 2. Deliver detailed financial analyses that support informed decisions and performance management. 3. Lead forecasting and budgeting processes: develop templates, prepare financial models, and load data into internal systems. 4. Provide financial analysis for strategic planning and long‑term growth discussions. 5. Define territory targets in collaboration with Marketing and Sales, using funnel, tender, and pricing data. 6. Conduct pricing, profitability analyses, tender preparation, and pricing optimisation initiatives. 7. Manage rebates, discounts, and pricing adjustments with Finance and Pricing teams, ensuring accurate accruals. 8. Prepare financial content for monthly business reviews and European review cycles; present findings to leadership teams. **Required Skills** - Commercial and financial analysis experience with proven ability to drive financial results. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. - Proven business‑partnering skills: collaboration, trust building, influencing through insight. - Balanced tactical analysis with long‑term strategic thinking to support growth. - Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. - Familiarity with med‑tech or pharmaceutical industry, or high motivation to apply skills in that sector. - Advanced Excel and ERP/financial systems proficiency. - Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (minimum). - Professional financial qualification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CPA) pursued or completed is preferred. - Continuous professional development in financial analysis tools and techniques. ---
