Job Description

Job Title IT Support Engineer Role Summary Provide 2nd line remote support for multiple managed service clients. Own troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues across Microsoft desktop and server environments, including user administration, software deployment, and system updates. Occasionally visit client sites (1–2 times/month). Expectations • Deliver technically accurate and timely support to maintain high customer satisfaction. • Proactively manage workload, prioritise tickets and work independently. • Collaborate with senior team members for escalation and resolution of complex incidents.
