**Job Title** Director of DevOps & Infrastructure **Role Summary** Lead and scale the DevOps & infrastructure engineering organization to deliver a highly available, secure, and performant AI‑powered legal platform. Design and govern cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security to support high‑throughput AI workloads and data‑heavy applications at scale. **Expectations** - Achieve 99.9 %+ uptime and low latency for mission‑critical services. - Deliver cost‑effective, high‑performance multi‑region AWS deployments. - Drive automation, security, and reliability through modern tooling. - Mentor and develop a world‑class DevOps talent pipeline. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Head DevOps and infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of reliability and speed. 2. Architect, manage, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. 3. Build infrastructure for AI model deployment, inference pipelines, and data orchestration workflows. 4. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid iteration across multiple product teams. 5. Collaborate with core systems, app experience, and AI platform teams to ensure low‑latency service delivery. 6. Define and implement observability, monitoring, and alerting frameworks. 7. Own infrastructure security and compliance; enforce best practices for sensitive data. 8. Evaluate and adopt tools and frameworks that increase development velocity and operational excellence. **Required Skills** - Proven leadership in DevOps or infrastructure for high‑growth SaaS or AI companies. - Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS preferred), containers, and IaC. - Strong knowledge of AI deployment workflows, model training, inference, and data orchestration. - Track record improving uptime, latency, and developer efficiency through systems design. - Passion for security, automation, and operational resilience. - Excellent cross‑functional communication and collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in a leadership role. - Demonstrated experience operating multi‑region cloud infrastructure and securing high‑availability systems. - Networking, observability, and performance tuning expertise for data‑heavy, low‑latency systems. - Familiarity with MLOps, GPU orchestration, and AI pipeline performance preferred.
