All of our snacks are supplied in our pioneering bake in the oven boxes, which are certified to 250°c. We have a reputation for product and packaging innovation which is delivered through our team of development chefs and packaging experts based at our offices close to London Gatwick Airport in the UK. Our production facilities are fully Halal accredited and we have the ability to distribute our products across Europe, the Middle East, the US and Australia via our specialist frozen supply chain network.

**Job Title:** Head of Product – Food Innovation & Development **Role Summary:** Senior leader responsible for the full product development lifecycle of high‑quality food products in a fast‑moving FMCG environment. Oversees a multidisciplinary team to conceive, develop, and launch innovative products that meet technical and regulatory standards and align with business strategy. **Expectations:** - Deliver multiple New Product Development (NPD) projects on time and within scope. - Transform culinary concepts into commercially scalable products. - Ensure adherence to food legislation, technical standards, and quality assurance. - Foster collaborative relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead cross‑functional teams of chefs, NPD specialists, and technical professionals. - Define and communicate the culinary and product development vision. - Oversee quality assurance and technical compliance for all products. - Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to bring concepts to market. - Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform future innovation. - Apply strong project management practices to maintain robust processes and timely delivery. **Required Skills:** - Product Development Leadership - Culinary Expertise & Commercial Scaling - Knowledge of Food Legislation & Technical Standards - Project Management (multiple priorities) - Collaboration & Influence - Delivery & Execution **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, Engineering, or related field. - Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end food product development in an FMCG setting. - Experience with outsourced or contract manufacturing environments. ---
