**Job title** Manager – Messaging, Collaboration & Desktop Technologies **Role Summary** Lead the strategic planning, design, deployment, and ongoing management of enterprise messaging, voice, collaboration, and virtual desktop technology. Drive modernization of cloud‑ and hybrid‑device management, strengthen security, and ensure a reliable, secure, productivity‑enhancing tool stack for end users. **Expectations** - Direct a high‑performance engineering and support team to deliver service levels aligned with organisational objectives. - Own budgeting and cost‑optimization for the technology portfolio. - Champion emerging solutions (AI, cloud, advanced collaboration) and maintain governance, security, and compliance. - Foster a collaborative, accountable, and developmental culture among staff and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and maintain a long‑term strategy for messaging, voice, collaboration, and virtual desktop infrastructure that aligns with organisational goals. 2.
