**Job Title:** Capital Sales Manager – Robotics **Role Summary:** Drive sales of laparoscopic surgical robotic systems across the UK, France, and Germany, managing complex capital equipment cycles, engaging senior hospital stakeholders, and achieving quarterly revenue targets. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly sales and utilization targets. - Secure and close high‑value capital equipment deals and service contracts. - Travel up to 70% of the time within the territory. - Provide strategic updates and territory plans to senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify customer needs and align them with robotic solutions. - Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, from prospecting to closure. - Navigate local healthcare tendering and reimbursement processes. - Develop and present compelling business cases for system purchases. - Negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and submit compliant tenders. - Coordinate system installation, implementation, and commissioning. - Build and maintain relationships with hospital leaders, opinion leaders, and key stakeholders. - Collaborate with leasing partners, local distributors, and cross‑functional teams. - Drive adoption, utilization, and process standardisation. - Manage events, conferences, and trade shows to build market influence. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 5 years of capital medical equipment or surgical healthcare sales experience. - Proven track record of market launch and adoption. - Deep knowledge of European tendering, reimbursement, and local medical device regulation. - Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and negotiation skills. - Ability to influence senior hospital decision makers and operate in matrixed structures. - Excellent written and verbal communication; fluency in English, additional European languages a plus. - Strong cross‑functional collaboration and willingness to travel extensively. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, health science). - MBA or financial qualifications preferred. - Valid driver’s licence and passport.
