**Job title:** Solutions Consultant
**Role Summary:**
Act as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert, translating commercial needs into scalable solutions across the entire lifecycle. Collaborate with manager‑level stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and partners to drive solution development, deployment, and continuous improvement, while shaping product and technical strategy.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality, repeatable solutions that meet business and technical objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives to reduce risk, improve delivery workflows, and identify product gaps.
- Provide pre‑ and post‑sales consulting, stakeholder coaching, and partner‑adoption guidance.
- Manage end‑to‑end project workflows, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Solution Development & Innovation:** Identify recurring issues, enable scalable practices, and influence long‑term strategy with Engineering and Product teams.
- **Content & Knowledge Management:** Create and maintain best‑practice documentation, tutorials, and solution content; prioritize tasks and align with business results.
- **Project & Program Management:** Plan, estimate, track, report, and document projects; lead working groups to completion.
- **Stakeholder & Relationship Management:** Scope solutions with senior stakeholders, coach teams on tools and industry trends, manage escalations, and grow strategic relationships.
- **Solution Execution:** Deploy solutions per business objectives, generate partner insights, contribute to business reviews, and identify new engagement opportunities.
- **Product & Feedback Insights:** Analyze user data, quantify impact, communicate findings, and support feature validation and documentation.
- **Technical & Architectural Contribution:** Design and customize technical or non‑technical solutions, ensuring compliance, and articulate value in design sessions.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 5 years in a similar industry/domain (Technology, Media, or Advertising).
- Strong operations management proficiency.
- Deep technical acumen and domain expertise.
- Experience with solution architecture, product lifecycle, and system integration.
- Project management, stakeholder engagement, problem‑solving, and effective communication.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or technical domains (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are advantageous but not mandatory.
