Senior Solutions Consultant
**Role Summary**
Drive technical validation and product advocacy for the European market, partnering with sales, partners, and customers to deliver AI‑native platform solutions. Lead demos, PoCs, and RFP support, translating business requirements into technical proofs of value while maintaining expertise on market dynamics and regulatory contexts.
**Expectations**
- Act as the primary technical advisor during the evaluation stage of the sales cycle.
- Deliver compelling, customized demos and PoCs that resonate with C‑level stakeholders.
- Provide clear, actionable input to Product Management and R&D based on client feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges to secure deal closure.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead customer and partner technical meetings, positioning the platform’s AI, no‑code, and governance strengths.
- Design, configure, and present tailored demos, training sessions, and proof‑of‑concepts.
- Assist in RFP/RFI responses and proposal creation, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- Conduct competitor analysis, feeding insights into product and sales strategy.
- Represent the solution at conferences, summits, and seminars, reinforcing the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, product, engineering) to align on strategy and execution.
- Travel as required to meet clients, partners, and attend industry events.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 3 years of presales/solutions consulting in SaaS/PaaS, handling complex deals with custom POCs.
- Deep technical proficiency: capable of responding to all functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
- Experience engaging C‑level executives, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of European market dynamics, industry trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Analytical and strategic problem‑solving abilities; capable of out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
- Proficiency in English.
- Independence and teamwork mindset in cross‑functional contexts.
- Optional: CRM, BPM, No‑Code/Low‑Code platform experience; modern web or enterprise development programming; familiarity with application servers, web servers, and databases.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (computer science, information technology, business, or engineering).
- No mandatory certifications required, but industry or product certifications (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or related) are considered an advantage.
