**Job Title**
Event & Communications Coordinator (B2B & B2C)
**Role Summary**
Coordinate and execute a 360° communication and event strategy for a network of community marketplaces. Lead B2B and B2C event planning, social media, media buying, and partnership development while managing budgets, KPIs, and regulatory approvals.
**Expactations**
- Deliver measurable growth in venue awareness and visitor engagement.
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets from B2B bookings and event sponsorships.
- Maintain budget adherence, cost optimization, and accurate reporting.
- Uphold brand voice and visual guidelines across all channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a 360° communication plan aligned with corporate marketing strategy.
- Create the annual event calendar (tapás nights, farmer markets, culinary workshops, etc.).
- Oversee all logistical aspects of B2B and B2C events: venue setup, supplier coordination, on‑site presence, and post‑event debriefs.
- Plan weekly in‑hall activations (wine pairings, grill sessions, cooking classes) to promote local vendors.
- Drive B2B growth: prospect clients, handle private event requests, process quotations, close deals, and track key performance indicators.
- Manage media buying, influencer partnerships, CSR collaborations, and related PR activities.
- Co‑manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) with the Social Media Manager: editorial planning, content creation, community engagement, and reputation monitoring.
- Track and report on marketing budget, KPIs, and cost efficiencies.
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage client relationships and event registrations.
- Handle all administrative permits, safety plans, and coordination with local authorities, police, fire services, and civil protection.
