Job title: Project Manager
Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for contracted customer projects and major workstreams, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to specified quality and compliance standards. Manage cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams and external partner resources using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and close projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget
- Facilitate planning sessions, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and risk management workshops
- Define and maintain project documentation, including charters, plans, risk registers, status reports, and change logs
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and third‑party vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Apply Agile and Waterfall processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management
- Lead process and change management activities supporting project transitions
- Provide business analysis support: requirement elicitation, modeling, validation, and documentation
- Execute computer system validation in GxP‑validated environments for regulated life‑science projects
- Manage scope changes, risk mitigation, and communication with stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Project management with end‑to‑end delivery in regulated life‑science or enterprise SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of commercial business processes and commercial acumen
- Proven ability to conduct business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, and verification
- Knowledge of web and back‑end technologies; ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
- Experience overseeing design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate dispersed, remote teams
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency (German, French, Spanish, Japanese) is a plus
- Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Documentum) is desirable
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- 5–10 years of relevant project management, business analysis, or similar experience in a commercial setting
- Project Management accreditation (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) preferred
