Responsibilities include onboarding, product demos, campaign setup and optimization, troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities for deeper product usage to achieve measurable success metrics. Expectations - Excellent written and spoken English - Professional, confident video‑call presence - Strong communication and customer‑facing skills - Ability to learn quickly, especially AI tools and workflows - Organized, reliable, proactive self‑starter Key Responsibilities - Become a subject‑matter expert on the platform and its features - Onboard new users and conduct high‑quality product demos - Guide customers in building and optimizing outbound campaigns, messaging, and AI‑driven workflows - Resolve technical or functional issues promptly with clear solutions - Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and communicate them to the sales team - Monitor customer usage and outcomes to ensure strong, measurable results Required Skills - Customer success or client support experience (preferred) - Experience with SaaS, outbound sales, or GTM tools (bonus) - Proficiency in video‑conferencing tools and remote client interactions - Strong written and verbal communication - Technical troubleshooting aptitude - Fast learner, especially with emerging AI technologies Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, technology, or related field - No specific certifications required, though industry knowledge in SaaS or customer success is advantageous.
