VP of Marketing (B2B Demand Generation)
**Role Summary**
Senior leader responsible for designing, launching, and scaling a fully integrated B2B demand‑generation engine. Owns end‑to‑end performance marketing, funnel optimization, and lifecycle programs to generate qualified sales conversations, drive pipeline growth, and meet revenue targets. Holds full P&L accountability and leads a cross‑functional marketing team while aligning closely with Sales.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a consistent, measurable flow of qualified leads and booked sales calls.
- Manage multi‑million‑dollar paid media budgets with accurate forecasting.
- Meet or exceed key metrics: CPL, CAC, MQL volume, pipeline velocity, and closed‑won rates.
- Build and maintain high‑performing, data‑driven marketing processes and teams.
- Ensure seamless handoff of leads to Sales and alignment on revenue outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Paid Acquisition:** Strategize and execute campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn; oversee $500K–$3M+ monthly budgets; implement rapid testing focused on cost per lead and CAC.
- **Creative Strategy & Advertising:** Define creative angles, scripts, and briefs; direct editors/designers; run continuous creative testing and scale winning concepts.
- **Funnel Performance:** Optimize landing pages, forms, CRO, and retargeting; diagnose conversion bottlenecks; maintain funnel KPI dashboards.
- **Lifecycle Marketing (Email & SMS):** Design automated nurture, re‑engagement, and segmentation flows; improve lead warming and call readiness.
- **Organic Distribution:** Operate a high‑frequency content engine across LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, X, etc.; repurpose content and amplify cross‑channel.
- **Leadership & Ops:** Recruit, develop, and manage a multidisciplinary marketing team; establish SOPs, weekly growth sprints, and reporting cadences.
- **Financial Ownership:** Own the marketing P&L, set performance roadmaps, and report financial impact to executive leadership.
**Required Skills**
- 5–10+ years performance/ demand‑generation experience, preferably B2B high‑ticket funnels.
- Proven management of $500K–$3M+ monthly paid media spend.
- Advanced expertise in Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn advertising platforms.
- Direct‑response copywriting and creative development proficiency.
- Full‑funnel architecture and conversion rate optimization expertise.
- Strong analytical skills: attribution modeling, data visualization, forecast modeling.
- Leadership of cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, results‑oriented environments.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, email/SMS platforms, and analytics tools.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (required).
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, Salesforce).
