Job Description: **Job Title** Product Design Intern **Role Summary** Produce and refine technical drawings, 3‑D models, and product documentation for upcoming collections. Collaborate with design, product development, and quality teams to support prototype reviews, material sourcing, and visual presentations, contributing tangible concepts that advance to production. **Expectations** - Commit 15–20 hours per week during standard business hours. - Demonstrate quick learning, adaptability, and initiative in a fast‑moving environment. - Support managers on day‑to‑day tasks and special projects as needed. **Key Responsibilities** - Create and update technical drawings in AutoCAD. - Build and iterate 3‑D models using SolidWorks, Rhino, or Fusion 360. - Prepare presentations, spec sheets, and product documentation for internal review. - Conduct trend research and material exploration with the design team. - Assist in prototype reviews, measurement tracking, and design feedback loops. - Coordinate sample collection, material verification, and quality control checks. - Produce visuals and mockups for design reviews. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in at least one major CAD tool (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, SketchUp). - Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). - Ability to work accurately with measurements, scale, and technical details. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Clear, collaborative communication and a proactive, low‑ego approach. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, or a related field. - No additional certifications required. ---
