**Job Title:** Bilingual Technical Account Manager – Homecare, Institutional & Industrial **Role Summary:** Manage and grow the customer portfolio for Home, Institutional, and Industrial segments. Drive sales performance, margin maximization, and customer value through strategic account planning, deep industry insight, and collaborative cross‐functional execution. **Expectations:** - Achieve annual sales and margin targets. - Maintain high call frequency and account coverage. - Build multi‑level relationships with key decision makers. - Identify and close new opportunities while retaining existing business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute account growth plans, including forecasting and budgeting. - Deliver on assigned sales KPIs: sales volume, margin contribution, and account penetration. - Conduct regular customer reviews, capturing needs, challenges, and opportunities. - Coordinate with Customer Service & Sales Resources (DCSR) to ensure seamless service delivery. - Monitor contract balances, inventory, and slow/dead stock. - Participate in industry events, trade associations, and local market activities. - Support marketing initiatives: new product launches, campaigns, and trade shows. - Maintain CRM compliance: call preparation, product reporting, and action items. - Report monthly sales variances, provide corrective action plans, and update senior leaders. **Required Skills:** - Strong B2B sales acumen in multidisciplinary chemical or cleaning solutions market. - Ability to build multi‑layer relationships and influence at all customer levels. - Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM system. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (English & a second language). - Analytical mindset: ability to interpret sales data, forecast, and identify growth levers. - Project management skills: coordinate cross‑functional teams and execute on timelines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in technical account management, sales, or business development within chemical, homecare, industrial, or institutional solutions. - Preference for certifications in sales or account management (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Leader, CSM).
