Job Title: Technical Webmaster
Role Summary:
Lead the development and delivery of a composable web platform integrating SAP Commerce Cloud, a headless CMS, marketing automation, CDP, ERPs, and Salesforce. Ensure project alignment with vision, quality standards, and seamless data integration while coordinating external agencies and internal stakeholders in a global environment.
Expectations:
- Deliver the platform on time, on scope, and to high quality.
- Manage all ticketing, reporting, and team organization for cross‑functional delivery.
- Communicate effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end‑to‑end development of the new web platform, ensuring adherence to project vision.
- Prioritize and resolve tickets, maintaining timely issue resolution.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards for all development work.
- Map and manage data flows across SAP CC, CMS, CDP, ERPs, Salesforce, and other systems.
- Guide and monitor external agencies building the website.
- Coordinate discovery and requirement‑gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Create detailed project reports and communicate progress and risks globally.
- Structure and lead project teams focused on specific technical topics.
- Apply expertise in HTML, JavaScript, React, and the company’s tech stack (SAP CC, D365, SFDC, Imagino, Hubspot, MuleSoft, Akeneo).
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a technical webmaster or similar role overseeing complex web platform projects.
- Deep knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, React, and familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP D365, Salesforce, Imagino, Hubspot, MuleSoft, Akeneo.
- Professional fluency in English (written & spoken).
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Analytical proficiency to interpret data flows and technical requirements.
- Flexibility to work across US, EU, and JP time zones.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Prince2, etc.) is a plus.
