Job Title: Network and Security Engineer
Role Summary:
Deliver and evolve complex network and security infrastructures, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. Collaborate with clients to plan, document, and execute network projects, maintain documentation, manage incidents within SLA, and propose enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and upgrade LAN, WAN, and DC networks, ensuring quality and availability.
- Manage firewall and security solution administration (Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, VPN, proxies).
- Configure and monitor routing (BGP, OSPF), switching (Cisco, Meraki, Nexus), and ACI.
- Participate in project coordination, planning, and execution.
- Update and maintain operational documentation and processes.
- Track and report on operational metrics and KPIs.
- Resolve incidents and problems within defined SLA.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in IP networking protocols, routing, switching, WAN, and LAN concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with Cisco (CCNA/CCNP, switching, routing, Nexus, ACI), Palo Alto, Meraki, Fortinet, F5, VPN SSL/IPsec, Proxy & Reverse Proxy.
- NetOps skills: Python scripting, Ansible, GitLab, Terraform, REST APIs, monitoring (Centreon).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Network Engineering.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA); Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent preferred.
- Security certifications (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet) are a plus.
