Job Description
**Job title** Integrated Producer (18 Month Contract) **Role Summary** Coordinate and manage end‑to‑end video and integrated media productions for large‑scale campaigns across digital, OLV, studio, social, print and other assets. Act as the production authority interfacing with creative teams, clients, vendors and talent, ensuring deliveries on scope, budget and quality. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to creative brief. - Advocate production best practices, efficiencies, and new technology solutions. - Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout production. - Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset and drive continuous process improvement. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead multi‑platform productions (digital, OLV, studio, social, print). - Develop production approaches, budget parameters, and vendor recommendations. - Manage project scoping, scheduling, cost tracking, contract negotiations and reconciliations. - Supervise external vendors, union and non‑union talent, and production crews. - Coordinate post‑production, retouching and various printing workflows. - Liaise with Directors of Video and Studio Production to align on efficiencies. - Maintain a network of trusted production contacts, locally and globally. **Required Skills** - 4 + years of leading video and studio production across digital, social, OLV, radio and print. - Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities. - Expertise in production budgeting, contract negotiations, vendor management, music licensing and talent agreements. - Deep understanding of local union mandates (e.g., ACTRA/UDa, SAG). - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Maconomy, Proof HQ (asset). - Excellent communication, leadership and collaborative capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Film/Video Production, Media Studies, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience). - Industry certifications (e.g., CPP, RMP) are a plus.
