Job Title: Marketing Content Creative Volunteer Role Summary: Create engaging visual and written content for the organization’s social media platforms and newsletters, supporting its mission to promote eco‑friendly art practices. Work collaboratively with a purpose‑driven team to maintain a cohesive, impactful online presence. Expectations: - Volunteer commitment: minimum 5 hours per week (schedules defined with the organization). - Meet project deadlines and attend occasional team meetings. - Communicate openly, receive and implement feedback, and contribute ideas in a creative environment. - Fluency in English required; proficiency in French is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Design graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, and email newsletters using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools. - Produce short video reels, visual storytelling assets, and infographics that align with brand guidelines. - Develop platform‑specific captions and content copy tailored to each audience. - Maintain visual consistency across all channels and support brand identity build‑out. - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm concepts and refine deliverables. Required Skills: - Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar design software. - Strong eye for visual design, layout, and color theory. - Knowledge of Instagram & LinkedIn best practices, including reels, carousel posts, and stories. - Ability to create compelling reels, infographics, and branded visuals. - Writing skill: craft engaging captions suited to each platform. - Ability to follow and contribute to brand tone, voice, and visual standards. - Excellent communication skills; comfortable working remotely or in person. - Receptive to feedback, collaborative, and proactive in brainstorming. - Passion for social impact, sustainability, or community building.
