Job title: Talent Acquisition Officer Role Summary: Lead the proactive sourcing and recruitment of technical and engineering talent, managing end‑to‑end hiring cycles, building talent pipelines, and enhancing candidate experience in partnership with HR business partners. Expactations: Deliver timely and high‑quality hires for technical roles; achieve recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, offer acceptance); maintain a robust talent pool for critical positions; uphold employer branding initiatives and positive candidate engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring teams to define technical recruitment needs. - Deploy multi‑channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, industry networks, schools, training programs). - Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate fit. - Build and maintain talent pools for hard‑to‑fill technical roles. - Partner with Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners to streamline recruitment processes. - Contribute to employer branding through social media content, events, and outreach activities. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree in HR, Management, Labour Sciences, or related field. - Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment agency/temporary employment setting, with a focus on technical profiles. - Fluent French (mother tongue); good command of English.
