**Job Title** Full Stack Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain a high‑performance SaaS learning platform, collaborating closely with product teams and adhering to best practices in code quality, testing, and performance. Contribute throughout the entire development lifecycle, from planning to continuous deployment. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of full‑stack web development experience. - Proven track record in building scalable, secure applications. - Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously in an Agile environment. - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Architect, code, & test new features, ensuring clean, maintainable code. 2. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration/deployment. 3. Optimize SQL queries and database schema for high‑volume data. 4. Apply automated testing, documentation, and performance monitoring. 5. Collaborate with product, design, and QA to align technical solutions with user needs. 6. Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the tech team. 7. Contribute to a design system and CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable releases. **Required Skills** - Backend: PHP with Laravel or Symfony. - Frontend: Modern JavaScript framework (Vue.js, React, Angular, or Svelte). - Databases: Relational SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), query optimization. - Testing: Unit, integration, and E2E frameworks. - DevOps: CI/CD, Docker/K8s basics, Git, and branching strategies. - Soft skills: Problem‑solving, cross‑functional communication, Agile processes, ownership. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Certifications not mandatory; knowledge of CI/CD, Agile, or cloud services is a plus.
