**Job title:** Graphic & Motion Designer Intern (2‑month) **Role Summary:** Create, produce, and manage engaging visual and motion content for digital platforms to promote energy‑renovation services and enhance user experience. **Expectations:** Produce high‑quality video, infographics, and other graphic assets that align with brand values; meet project deadlines; collaborate across marketing, product, and customer‑service teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute a video‑centric content strategy. - Design and animate graphics, create short videos, infographics, and testimonials for social media and website. - Publish assets on digital channels and monitor performance. - Analyze engagement metrics to identify trends and improvement areas. - Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and user experience. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as a graphic and motion designer. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other graphic/video tools. - Strong artistic sense and creative problem‑solving. - Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines. - Basic understanding of energy‑renovation concepts is advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Adobe Certified Expert (optional but preferred).
