Job Description: **Job Title** Production Infrastructure & Middleware Engineer (F/M) **Role Summary** Maintain and operate critical production environments, manage N2/N3 incidents, automate processes, and collaborate with suppliers and teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security of infrastructure and middleware services. **Expectations** - Proven experience in production support of complex infrastructures and middleware systems. - Strong knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and/or MinIO. - Ability to handle complex incident resolution independently. - Detail‑oriented documentation skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. - Willingness to automate workflows and stay current with emerging technologies. - Professional proficiency in English. **Key Responsibilities** - Ensure secure, operable maintenance of hosted environments (OVH). - Resolve N2/N3 incidents on infrastructure and middleware components. - Coordinate with technical vendors and service providers. - Automate and industrialize production processes using scripting and tooling. - Author and update operating procedures and runbooks. - Participate in Build‑to‑Run activities for new environment deployments. - Contribute to small-scale improvement and evolution projects. **Required Skills** - Production support of infrastructure & middleware. - Expertise in Linux administration. - Proficiency with Kubernetes (K8s) and/or MinIO. - Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Rundeck). - Scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.). - Familiarity with monitoring & observability (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace). - Knowledge of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Nexus). - Secure configuration management (Vault, Trend Micro, Rapid7, Wallix). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant professional certifications are a plus (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Kubernetes Administrator, Red Hat Certified Engineer, or equivalent).
