Job title: Business Manager Role Summary: Works under the Commercial Director to grow the business by executing targeted commercial initiatives, managing a client portfolio, recruiting talent, and leading a team of consulting engineers. Expactations: Drive sales growth, meet acquisition targets, maintain high client satisfaction, recruit future employees, develop engineering staff, and uphold operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy and monitor targeted commercial actions. - Analyse client needs and develop tailored solutions. - Prospect new clients within a defined geographic or sector scope. - Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). - Manage, grow, and retain an existing client portfolio. - Participate in all phases of recruitment to attract talent for the company. - Lead and support a team of Consulting Engineers: assign missions, review performance, and facilitate career development. Required Skills: - Proven commercial acumen, experience in outbound prospecting. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Autonomous, rigorous, and highly organized. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results. - Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
