Job Description
**Job Title** Full Stack Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain the full stack of a legal marketing platform. Own the architectural direction of React‑based products, improve code quality, integrate backend services, and support product enhancements, analytics, and AI features. **Expactations** - Lead architecture and design decisions for new front‑end features. - Deliver high‑velocity releases while maintaining rigorous testing and CI/CD pipelines. - Act as the primary interface between front‑end, back‑end (Python), and AI services. - Mentor junior engineers on best practices and engineering standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Build reusable React components and transform Figma designs into responsive UIs using Tailwind CSS or equivalent. - Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) and enforce code quality. - Maintain and extend the existing Ruby on Rails application. - Design and optimize SQL queries in PostgreSQL and manage data models. - Deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) with CI/CD pipelines. - Configure third‑party integrations (analytics, email, marketing APIs) during client onboarding. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of professional experience with React in large‑scale applications. - Strong UI/UX fundamentals, responsive/mobile‑first design, and Tailwind CSS proficiency. - Full‑stack know‑how: front‑end + back‑end (Python or similar) with relational databases. - Clean, testable, and maintainable code practices. - PostgreSQL (or equivalent) database experience. - Cloud platform operations (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent problem‑solving, independent work, and clear communication with non‑technical stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - No mandatory certifications, but knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure certifications is a plus.
