**Job Title**
Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary**
Provide end‑to‑end development and enhancement of Salesforce solutions on a 24+ month contract. Design, code, test, and deploy custom and configuration‑based features, troubleshoot integrations, and continuously improve platform performance.
**Expectations**
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including data visualizations, integrations, and complex technical requirements.
- Proven expertise with Service Cloud, Experience Sites, Aura, LWC, Flow, SOQL, SOSL, JSON, XML, and JavaScript.
- Strong background in security standards, data compliance, and agile delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement scalable, high‑performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration and development issues.
- Identify and implement platform improvements, new features, and bug fixes.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and ideas to technical stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage tasks in Jira or equivalent.
**Required Skills**
- Salesforce development (Aura, LWC, Flow, Apex, SOQL/SOSL).
- Integration experience (API, middleware, web services).
- Service Cloud and Experience Site configuration.
- JSON, XML, JavaScript, and Apex coding.
- Agility: Scrum/Kanban, Jira, Confluence.
- Salesforce security and data compliance best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Verbal and written communication suitable for diverse audiences.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Developer, or Platform Developer I/II is a plus but not mandatory.)
