Job Description
**Job title:** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** Drive adoption, satisfaction, and expansion for existing customers of Quadient’s Accounts Payable solutions. Build and nurture client relationships, lead renewal and upsell activities, resolve issues with engineering and support teams, and monitor health metrics to secure long‑term commitments. **Expectations** - 1–2 years in customer success, account management, or implementation roles. - Bachelor’s degree in technology, business administration, or finance. - SaaS or start‑up experience preferred. - Basic accounting knowledge. - Strong written and verbal communication, phone presence, and organizational skills. - Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and resolve complex situations. **Key Responsibilities** - Build value‑rich relationships with customers and act as trusted advisor. - Lead renewal discussions to secure long‑term commitments. - Ensure rapid time‑to‑value for new customers and drive product adoption. - Resolve customer issues in collaboration with support and engineering teams. - Identify and manage upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. - Monitor customer health and usage metrics to spot risks and growth chances. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives internally. **Required Skills** - Customer success/account management experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication; strong phone presence. - Organizational and planning capabilities. - Interpersonal skills and rapport building. - Active listening and critical thinking. - Ability to discuss and translate technical issues to non‑technical audiences. - Basic computer troubleshooting. - Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks). - Experience with support tools (Freshdesk) and CRM systems (Salesforce). - Understanding of software development cycle (bonus). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in technology, business administration, or finance. - CPA designation desirable but not mandatory.
