Job Description

Job title: Lead Support Engineer Role Summary: Senior 3rd‑line technical specialist responsible for final escalations, high‑impact incident resolution, and mentorship within Microsoft-focused managed services. Expactations: Deliver expert support for Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and enterprise networking; act as a trusted advisor to clients and team; drive continuous improvement through documentation and knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve complex tickets and major incidents across Azure, Microsoft 365, and endpoint services. - Own incident and problem handling, including post‑incident analysis and root‑cause documentation. - Collaborate with professional services on project transitions and onboarding. - Mentor junior engineers through reviews, guidance and knowledge transfer. - Produce and maintain internal best‑practice procedures and technical documentation. - Represent the technical team in client meetings and internal service reviews. Required Skills: - Proven 3rd‑line support experience in an MSP or IT services environment. - Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365, Intune, AAD, Exchange, Entra, and MD101/MD102. - Strong networking proficiency with Cisco and Fortigate technologies. - Experience with scripting (PowerShell, etc.) and endpoint management tools. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving ability, and a collaborative mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Microsoft Certified: AZ‑104, AZ‑350, AZ‑500, AZ‑700, MS‑700, SC‑300, MD‑102, MS‑102 (or equivalent) approved certifications.
