**Job title** Commercial Account Executive **Role Summary** Drive new business sales within the Commercial segment (500‑5,000 employee enterprises). Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leading end‑to‑end sales cycles, prospecting new logos, and delivering tailored background‑check solutions that meet clients’ risk, compliance, and safety goals. **Expatcations** - 2–3 years of B2B SaaS or consumption‑based tech sales experience. - Proven quota‑exceeding track record with large global or multinational accounts. - Experience selling to or through EVPs, CXOs, and end‑users. - Familiarity with enterprise‑grade compliance, background‑check technology, or related data platforms. - Strong executive presence, political navigation, and ability to communicate complex solutions simply. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Prospect and close new logo opportunities in assigned segment. 2. Build consultative relationships with C‑level stakeholders and key decision‑makers. 3. Develop account plans aligning with corporate strategy, identifying revenue growth and cross‑sell opportunities. 4. Collaborate cross‑functionally (HR, product, engineering, support, sales) to align solutions with client roadmaps. 5. Conduct negotiations, finalize contracts, and provide post‑sale support to ensure product delivery and satisfaction. 6. Track pipeline and funnel metrics, identify gaps and recommend process/system improvements. 7. Represent client insights to executive and product teams to influence roadmap. **Required Skills** - Enterprise B2B SaaS sales (new‑logo, large‑account). - Prospecting, lead qualification, and consultative selling. - Negotiation, contract closing, and quota management. - Executive‑level communication & stakeholder management. - Analytical mindset for pipeline forecasting and opportunity analysis. - Ability to simplify technical products for diverse audiences. - Resilience, self‑motivation, and adaptability in fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field). - Additional certifications in sales methodology (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC, or Challenger) advantageous.
