**Job Title**
Digital Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the digital strategy for a diversified consumer goods group, managing multiple brand websites, e‑commerce, and tourist platforms. Drive digital growth, oversee content, social media, paid media, and data analytics to align with overall marketing objectives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable digital performance improvements (traffic, conversions, SEO ranking).
- Collaborate cross‑functionally (IT, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure project quality and regulatory compliance.
- Provide actionable insights through dashboards and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute digital strategy for food, agriculture, water treatment, wine, and tourism brands.
- Identify new digital opportunities and maintain competitive and trend intelligence.
- Manage ~20 websites (Wix, WordPress, Drupal): create/update pages, ensure UX and SEO best practices.
- Direct digital content strategy (SEO, brand content, inbound, community management).
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns (SEA, SMA, display, retargeting, Meta and YouTube Ads).
- Control digital budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards (Agorapulse, Metricool, Meta Business Manager).
- Analyze KPIs with Google Analytics, Data Studio; generate reports and recommend optimizations.
- Oversee e‑reputation monitoring and service as key user for all group sites.
- Ensure GDPR, cookie consent, and privacy compliance in partnership with Compliance.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in digital marketing and web project management.
- Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, SMM, Meta Ads, and data‑driven decision making.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and web analytics tools.
- Ability to edit basic HTML/CSS for site maintenance.
- Excellent organisational, autonomy, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of GDPR and cookie management.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Digital Marketing, Web Management, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) preferred.
