**Job Title** Account Manager – Life Insurance, Corporate Brokers **Role Summary** Manage a regional portfolio of corporate brokers in Brussels and Wallonia, acting as the primary liaison between brokers and the company. Build and sustain partnership relationships, propose tailored life‑insurance solutions, and advance the firm’s presence in the 2nd‑pillar, 3rd‑ and 4th‑pillar markets for employees, self‑employed individuals, and SMEs. **Expactations** - Master’s degree in economics, law or related field (or equivalent experience). - Bilingual in French and Dutch; confident in delivering presentations in both languages; English an asset for international brokers. - Minimum 2–3 years experience in client‑facing sales, preferably in insurance or financial services. - Deep knowledge of the Belgian 2nd‑pillar pension scheme. - Proactive, commercial mindset, persuasive, client‑centric, authentic, and persistent. - Familiarity with the Brussels and Wallonia broker market and local languages. - Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Own the lifecycle management of the assigned broker portfolio. - Serve as the sole point of contact for all broker inquiries and partnership negotiations. - Develop and execute a personalized action plan aligned with the corporate business plan. - Analyze market trends (2nd‑pillar, 3rd‑pillar, 4th‑pillar) to craft winning partnership strategies. - Present customized life‑insurance solutions to brokers and maintain strong relationships. - Strengthen the company’s brand positioning as a leading life‑insurance provider. - Provide accurate reporting and timely follow‑up on broker questions and opportunities. - Share field insights and feedback to refine the commercial strategy. **Required Skills** - B2B sales & account management proficiency. - Relationship building & partnership development. - Market analysis & strategic planning. - Excellent communication in French & Dutch; presentation skills. - English language proficiency (basic or conversational). - Persuasive negotiation and commercial acumen. - Client‑first orientation, independence, and teamwork. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in economics, law, business administration or equivalent. - Relevant insurance or financial services certifications preferred (e.g., CPCU, IFRS, etc.). ---
