Job Description
**Job title** Paid Internship – Procurement Data Analytics **Role Summary** Assist the Procurement team in enhancing supply‑chain performance through data collection, cleansing, analysis, and reporting. Drive insight into cost drivers and supplier performance while supporting the design and automation of dashboards. **Expectations** - Deliver actionable analytics to improve cost visibility and supplier KPI tracking. - Automate routine reporting using advanced Excel and Power‑BI or equivalent data tools. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather, clean, and structure data from ERP, internal files, nomenclatures, and supplier databases. - Perform statistical and descriptive analyses identifying cost and performance trends. - Build and improve dashboards for the Procurement team (supply‑chain metrics, cost breakdowns). - Automate key reporting items and indicators in Excel and Power‑BI. - Contribute to ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects and present findings to stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros). - Proficiency in data analysis and basic statistical methods. - Experience with Power‑BI or similar data visualization tools (preferred). - Strong organizational and data‑management skills; ability to handle large data sets. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Team‑oriented, curious, and eager to understand industrial supply‑chain operations. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 3rd‑year university student (BTS, Licence Pro, Bachelor, etc.) in Data Analytics, Statistics, Procurement, or Supply‑Chain Management. - No mandatory certifications required; knowledge of data‑analytics tools is a plus.
