Job Description

**Job Title:** Technology Director **Role Summary** Lead the organization’s technology strategy, architecture, and operations, ensuring systems support business growth, efficiency, and financial governance. Own delivery, optimisation, and roadmap of Microsoft Business Central and oversee secure, resilient IT operations and digital transformation initiatives. **Expectations** * Deliver a technology strategy aligned with business goals and scalability. * Lead high‑performance technology teams and instill a strong service culture. * Serve as a senior advisor to the executive team on digital initiatives. * Ensure Microsoft Business Central and other platforms are stable, governed, and scalable. * Own cyber‑security, risk management, and compliance. * Drive digital transformation, automation, and portfolio of technology projects. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Strategy & Leadership** – Develop and execute technology strategy; define enterprise architecture; lead and coach the technology team; advise executive on modernisation. 2. **Microsoft Business Central** – Maintain platform stability; manage partner delivery; enforce change control, documentation, and user adoption. 3. **Technology Operations & Infrastructure** – Oversee secure, cost‑efficient IT operations across networks, cloud, devices, and telephony; manage SLAs, incident escalation; enable data‑driven decision making. 4. **Projects & Change Delivery** – Lead technology project portfolio; drive automation, workflow optimisation; collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and People to embed process improvements. **Required Skills** * Proven senior technology leadership (Technology Director, IT Director, CTO, etc.). * Strong architectural vision and ability to align IT with business objectives. * Commercial awareness – align technology decisions with cost, ROI, and value. * Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred). * Vendor and stakeholder management; clear communication of complex concepts. * Detail oriented with a focus on data integrity and accuracy. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field. * Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central, ITIL Foundation, PMP, or equivalent are desirable.
