Job Description

**Job Title**: Data Analyst – Industrial Performance & Lean (Apprenticeship) **Role Summary** Assist in developing, structuring, and operationalizing data tools to support lean and performance initiatives on an industrial production site. **Expectations** - Deliver reliable, automated data sources and reporting. - Facilitate data-driven decision-making for production, maintenance, and logistics teams. - Acquire proficiency with Power BI, Excel, SAP, and data governance best practices within 12‑18 months. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Clean, validate, and structure data from multiple sources (quality, ERP, sensor logs). 2. Automate data pipelines and improve information flow into existing systems. 3. Design, build and optimize dashboards and KPI reports (Power BI, Excel). 4. Standardise reporting formats across departments. 5. Support the digitalisation of Lean practices and document tools for long‑term sustainability. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel (data modelling, pivot tables). - Introductory to intermediate Power BI and data visualisation. - Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data stewardship abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrolment in a 5‑year engineering or university program in data science, information systems or industrial performance. - No specific professional certifications required, but knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
