Job Description
**Job Title** Digital Data Analyst – Contract (Hybrid) **Role Summary** Serve as the primary analyst driving data‑informed decision making across web, mobile, and internal digital platforms. Analyze user behavior, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to optimize engagement, conversion, retention, and service efficiency in alignment with business goals. **Expectations** * 6‑month hybrid contract with the potential for extension. * Deliver clear, concise insights that influence product strategy and personalization initiatives. * Work cross‑functionally with product, development, and customer support teams. * Maintain data accuracy, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Data Analysis & Insights** – Examine user behavior across multiple digital touchpoints using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Dynatrace, Quantum Metric, and other platforms. Identify trends, pain points, and opportunities to improve KPIs such as engagement, conversion, retention, and satisfaction. 2. **Dashboards & Reporting** – Build, maintain, and refine dashboards and reports that track key performance metrics. Communicate findings to stakeholders in a concise, actionable format. 3. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Partner with Product and Development to embed analytics into product decision cycles. Support Personalization teams with segmentation and behavior analysis for targeted experiences. Work with Customer Service to map and enhance service journeys. 4. **Data Governance & Integrity** – Ensure accurate tagging and tracking setups; collaborate with developers to implement and maintain analytics infrastructures. Address data quality issues, maintain consistency across reports, and enforce compliance with data privacy laws. 5. **Innovation & Trend Adoption** – Stay current on analytics tools, techniques, and industry best practices. Pilot emerging solutions (e.g., predictive analytics) to explore new optimization avenues. **Required Skills** * Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Dynatrace, Quantum Metric (or comparable platforms). * Strong analytical & problem‑solving abilities with a focus on translating data into business insights. * Dashboard creation proficiency using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. * Competence in SQL or similar query languages for data extraction. * Understanding of digital marketing & e‑commerce metrics (CAC, LTV, funnel analysis). * Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to technical & non‑technical stakeholders. * Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data governance. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred). * Industry certifications such as Google Analytics Certified, Adobe Analytics Associate, or Tableau Desktop Specialist are highly desired.
