Job Description: Job title: Senior Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Lead development of Salesforce solutions, designing Lightning Web Components, Apex controllers, and flows. Deliver scalable, testable code, advanced reporting, and secure user access while integrating with external systems and DevOps pipelines. Expectations: Minimum 3–5 years of Salesforce development, strong communication, self‑motivated, adaptable, and results‑oriented. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Flow. - Write scalable, testable Apex code and execute unit tests; conduct integration testing with Selenium. - Design advanced reports and dashboards, addressing platform limitations. - Configure and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites and partner user hierarchies. - Build and manage real‑time push notification systems for multiple client apps. - Collaborate on Azure DevOps or similar sprint/release workflows, ensuring source control and deployment best practices. - Assist QA and UAT activities. Required Skills: - Expert Salesforce skills (Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flow, Experience Cloud, Aura, WordPress). - Object‑oriented design patterns in Apex. - Experience with Selenium for integration testing. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent DevOps tools. - Knowledge of Power BI. - 2+ years of programming outside Salesforce, including relational database development. - Strong verbal communication, organizational, and project management abilities. - Analytical and problem‑solving competence. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, Lightning Web Component Developer).
