Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (Remote)
Role Summary:
Lead architect and developer of enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce, Experience Cloud). Design and implement high‑volume, high‑security integrations with external ERP, payment gateways, and middleware platforms. Drive Lightning migrations and deliver custom Lightning Web Components, community sites, and API services that meet complex e‑commerce and order management requirements.
Expectations:
* Deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
* Translate business needs into scalable technical designs and maintain rigorous quality standards.
* Mentor junior developers and collaborate cross‑functionally with stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architect, develop, and deploy multi‑cloud Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
* Design and implement enterprise‑scale integrations (REST/SOAP), including payment gateways, ERP systems, and middleware (MuleSoft, Jitterbit).
* Lead technical strategy for large‑scale Lightning migrations and community site enhancements.
* Build high‑volume Apex logic (async, batch, bulk, integration patterns) and Lightning Web Components.
* Define data models, migration strategies, and performance tuning for high‑transaction workloads.
* Implement comprehensive test automation, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Enforce security, data governance, and compliance standards across all solutions.
* Gather technical requirements, facilitate stakeholder communication, and translate functional specs into technical designs.
Required Skills:
* 7+ years of Salesforce development across multiple clouds.
* 7+ years of Apex programming with advanced patterns (async, batch, bulk, integrations).
* 5+ years of Lightning Web Components and Lightning Platform development.
* 5+ years of building complex Community / Experience sites.
* 4+ years of designing and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs at enterprise scale.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, data governance, and governance.
* Experience with high‑volume transaction processing and performance optimization.
* Proven ability to design and implement complex integration architecture (middleware, enterprise patterns).
* Solid understanding of test automation, CI/CD, and DevOps for Salesforce.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution‑architecting skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent (preferred).
* Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Advanced Developer (or equivalent advanced certification).
* Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise Salesforce consulting.
