**Job Title**: Head of Marketing – Beauty, Cosmetics & Personal Care **Role Summary**: Lead the global marketing function for a premium beauty brand, setting strategic direction, driving omni‑channel campaigns, and expanding international market presence. **Expectations**: - Deliver measurable brand growth and increased market share. - Achieve high ROI across all marketing initiatives. - Cultivate a high‑performance, collaborative marketing team. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute an omni‑channel marketing strategy aligned with business goals. - Define and reinforce brand identity, tone of voice, and customer experience across all touchpoints. - Plan and launch integrated global campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and loyalty. - Coordinate with sales, CEO, founders, and Head of Sales to ensure marketing plans support commercial objectives. - Lead global expansion initiatives, tailoring messaging for local markets. - Own the brand’s digital ecosystem: ecommerce, paid media, social, SEO, and CRM, driving performance and innovation. - Partner with retail and distribution teams to optimize sell‑in and sell‑through. - Manage marketing budgets, set KPIs, and report on performance metrics. - Monitor industry trends, conduct data‑driven insights, and apply analytical frameworks to refine strategy. **Required Skills** - Strategic thinking and execution across global markets. - Proven leadership of high‑performing marketing teams. - Expertise in digital, ecommerce, and social media marketing. - Strong analytical, financial management, and business acumen. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Creativity, results‑orientation, and passion for beauty. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 5+ years of managerial experience in beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods. - Relevant marketing or digital certifications preferred (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent).
