Job Description
**Job Title:** Marketing Executive **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive marketing support for a commercial chancery chambers, managing event logistics, CRM data, marketing administration, digital content, and stakeholder coordination to drive brand awareness and client development. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, timely marketing outputs across events, digital channels, and publications. - Maintain accurate data and calendar systems, ensuring alignment with the Marketing Manager’s strategy. - Build strong internal relationships to support broader business development initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, coordinate, and provide post‑event follow‑up for chambers events. - Update and maintain the LEX CRM, generating mailing lists and ensuring data integrity. - Manage daily marketing administration: BD diaries, shared inboxes, planners, and team coordination. - Oversee inventory of branded materials, place orders, and assist in production of marketing assets. - Support legal directory submissions: data collection, referee coordination, and researcher liaison. - Schedule and publish social media content, create visual assets, and maintain the digital asset library. - Perform routine website and intranet updates to keep profiles and resources current. - Offer flexible support on broader BD and marketing projects, fostering stakeholder engagement. **Required Skills:** - Strong organisational and project‑management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., LEX), Microsoft 365, and CMS platforms. - Experience creating visual assets in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. - Familiarity with social media scheduling and digital asset libraries. - Ability to prioritise competing tasks and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - 2–3 years of marketing experience within professional services or a similar environment. ---
