Job title: Fullstack Developer (H/F)
Role Summary
Innovate by turning emerging tech ideas into working prototypes and MVPs for future services. Lead rapid prototyping, tech scouting, and knowledge transfer within a fast‑moving innovation lab.
Expectations
‑ Deliver production‑ready POCs/MVPs in ultra‑short agile cycles.
‑ Maintain high ownership of technical architecture, documentation, and deployment.
‑ Advocate and evangelise new AI/automation technologies across the organization.
‑ Collaborate closely with the Innovation Director, Product Manager, and stakeholders to move successful experiments from proof‑of‑concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, test, and deploy prototypes using the most suitable languages/back‑ends and tools (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, React, AWS, n8n, Codex).
• Design and document architecture, estimate effort, gather data, and manage end‑to‑end delivery.
• Perform continuous tech scouting, evaluate emerging AI/ML/automation solutions, and present findings via demos, talks, or short reports.
• Partner with product and business teams to refine requirements, run user experiments, and guide hand‑off to production engineering.
• Interface with external experts or vendors when necessary.
Required Skills
• Full‑stack development proficiency in multiple languages/frameworks (Python, Go, Node.js, React).
• Strong foundation in cloud architecture, particularly AWS.
• Hands‑on experience with data, AI, and automation (LLMs, intelligent agents).
• Mastery of agile, Lean Startup, and rapid prototyping methodologies.
• Comfortable with uncertainty, iteration, and rapid pivoting.
• Excellent written and verbal documentation/communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in cloud (AWS Certified Developer/Architect) or AI/ML (e.g., AWS AI/ML, Google AI) are advantageous.
