As leading suppliers of sterile and non-sterile disposables for aseptic preparation and the handling of cytotoxics, we are delighted to showcase our specialist SteriClean® range of sterile cleaning and disinfection sprays and wipes. Together with our specialist range of apparel and disposables for cytotoxic handling ensures that personnel are protected and that cross-contamination and spills are limited and handled in the safest way possible. Helapet also supply and manufacture specialist venting and filtration devices, including specialist devices that prevent the inhalation of hazardous chemicals and avoiding cross-contamination between product batches. We also in-house manufacture in-line depth filters including disc filters that are used for protecting sensitive instrumentation from particulate contamination and can be customised to suit various other industry applications. These include Gas Analyser Filters, Vaccum Pump Filters, Inkjet Printer Filters and Syringe Filters.

Job Title: Product Manager Role Summary: Lead strategy, development, and lifecycle management for a specialist medical device portfolio (Aseptic Compounding, Oncology, Enteral Feeding, In‑Line Disc Filters). Translate customer insights and market data into product roadmaps, marketing plans, and compliance‑aligned solutions to drive growth and maintain regulatory standards. Expectations: - Deliver measurable growth, achieving KPI targets and ROI across product launches. - Ensure products meet all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements in the UK and EU markets. - Maintain a robust pipeline, balancing innovation with commercial viability. - Foster strong relationships with clinicians, KOLs, distributors, and internal stakeholders to inform product direction. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute product strategies aligned with corporate objectives. - Oversee full product lifecycle: concept, development, launch, post‑market support. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business case development. - Develop and manage promotional campaigns, launch plans, and exhibition participation. - Organize advisory boards, customer interviews, and KOL engagements to validate opportunities. - Lead or support New Product Development through the stage‑gate process. - Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards. - Promote continuous improvement using data‑driven insights. Required Skills: - Product management expertise with end‑to‑end lifecycle experience. - Strong knowledge of medical device marketing and regulatory landscape. - Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and data analytics. - Ability to build and maintain product roadmaps and business cases. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. - Relationship management with clinicians, KOLs, and distributors. - Strategic planning and execution ability. - Familiarity with quality and regulatory processes for medical devices. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. - Professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (desirable). - Relevant certifications in medical device regulation, quality management, or product development are an advantage.
