Job Description
**Job Title** Program Manager, Digital Transformation (DEx Committee) **Role Summary** Drive the end‑to‑end delivery of a multi‑year digital transformation agenda for a global leadership community. Translate executive intent into structured, AI‑enabled program plans, coordinate cross‑functional workstreams, and maintain governance oversight to align technology, design, and business outcomes. **Expectations** - Execute complex, multi‑stream digital and technical initiatives on schedule and within budget. - Facilitate executive governance, synthesize high‑level discussions into actionable plans, and deliver concise board‑level updates. - Bridge business objectives with emerging technology (AI, automation, data integration) to enhance member experience. - Collaborate with external vendors, design studios, and internal stakeholders across time zones. - Maintain continuous visibility with roadmaps, dashboards, OKRs, and risk registers. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Technical Program Strategy & Delivery** - Define scope, success metrics, and strategy with the DEx Committee and Chief Product & Technology Officer. - Lead multi‑workstream execution, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards. - Apply Agile, Lean, and digital program methodologies; generate roadmaps, dashboards, OKRs, and risk/issue logs. - Act as central coordination point across stakeholders, vendors, and design partners. 2. **Committee Management & Executive Governance** - Schedule, produce agendas, pre‑reads, and minutes for the DEx Committee. - Capture strategic intent, translate into structured action plans, and align across governance bodies. - Partner with the Chair to craft board‑level progress reports and presentations. 3. **Technology, AI & Experience Leadership** - Translate member needs and strategy into clear technical requirements and architecture plans. - Monitor emerging tech, generative AI, automation, and platform architecture trends. - Champion DEx strategy, ensuring alignment with core member experience pillars (Search, Events, Content, Culture Tools). **Required Skills** - 7–10 years in program management, strategic consulting, or digital transformation. - Proven experience managing digital platform projects, APIs, data flows, and AI‑enabled solutions. - Strong technical literacy: APIs, integrations, data architecture, system constraints. - Proficiency with Jira, Notion, Miro, Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools. - Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, iterative development, and design thinking. - Excellent executive communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder environments and drive alignment across time zones. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. - Certifications in Agile/Lean (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster) preferred. ---
