**Job Title**
Product Owner & Development Team Lead – Adélia Studio (AGL)
**Role Summary**
Lead the full lifecycle of the Adélia Studio product and its development organization. Act as Product Owner, setting strategic direction, configuring road‑map, and managing a technical team of 10 while ensuring financial and performance targets. Drive modernization of legacy IBM i (AS/400) environments with contemporary DevOps, cloud, and security practices.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a market‑ready roadmap aligned with business strategy, ISO 27001 security standards, and client feedback.
- Build and retain a high‑performance development and support team.
- Maintain fiscal responsibility: budget tracking and margin improvement.
- Foster continuous skill development in IBM i, Java/C/C++, web frameworks, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and DevOps.
- Act as the primary bridge between internal stakeholders and key banking/insurance clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Product Ownership (30 %)**
• Define vision, priorities, and release plan.
• Validate functional and technical consistency across iSeries, Linux, Windows, and web platforms.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements and security compliance.
2. **Management & Oversight (35 %)**
• Head a 10‑person R&D team; handle hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Supervise product support/hotline operations.
• Monitor budget, margins, KPIs, and product health metrics.
3. **Technical Expertise & Coaching (35 %)**
• Preserve and expand deep expertise in IBM i, RPG/RPG‑ILE.
• Promote adoption of Java/C/C++, web frameworks, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and DevOps.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to steer product evolution.
**Required Skills**
- Mastery of IBM i (AS/400, iSeries) and RPG/RPG‑ILE.
- Strong knowledge of C, C++, or Java.
- Experience with Linux, Windows, web frameworks, CI/CD, DevOps, and Kubernetes.
- Proven product management and technical team leadership.
- Ability to translate vision into actionable road‑maps.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Self‑driven, detail oriented, and accountable.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 security practices (preferred, certification not mandatory).
