Product Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Senior individual‑contributor responsible for owning the product market fit (PMF) strategy, positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market (GTM) execution for cutting‑edge cybersecurity and encryption solutions. Drives alignment between product development, sales, and marketing to secure market adoption and growth.
**Expectations**
- Own the PMF lifecycle, from market research to launch, ensuring the product continuously meets customer needs.
- Translate complex technical features into clear, customer‑centric value propositions.
- Deliver high‑impact content and enable sales partners with tools, training, and battlecards.
- Work cross‑functionally with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to shape product roadmap and marketing tactics.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Analyze target markets, segment high‑value customers, and validate pain points.
2. Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
3. Create a library of collateral: datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, website content, solution briefs, decks, and technical explainers.
4. Design and execute GTM plans for new product launches and feature releases.
5. Provide sales enablement assets (battlecards, scripts, competitor analysis) and conduct training sessions.
6. Serve as internal market voice—track competitive landscape, buyer personas, and industry trends.
7. Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap based on market feedback.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing in enterprise software or cybersecurity.
- Deep expertise in Product Market Fit framework with proven, measurable results.
- Strong technical translation ability (encryption, endpoint security, identity access).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; storytelling and copywriting proficiency.
- Data‑driven decision making using market research, customer feedback, and metrics.
- Collaborative project management across multiple departments.
- Ability to balance strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Optional certifications: Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM), Product Marketing Professional, or similar.
