**Job Title:** AI Solutions Intern – Strategic Accounts **Role Summary:** Internally serve as a bridge between business development and technology, evaluating current sales and account management workflows to identify automation opportunities. Research emerging AI applications, provide technical guidance on AI tools, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to drive efficiency and profit growth. **Expectations:** - Work directly under the Director, Global Business Development & Account Management. - Engage with cross‑functional groups (Contracts, Customer Support, Site GMs) to align AI initiatives with business objectives. - Deliver data‑backed recommendations in a clear, concise format for senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze existing business development, account management, and sales processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and automation gaps. - Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies applicable to sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. - Serve as a technical resource for AI‑related tools and platforms used by the business development team. - Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, using clear visuals and supporting data. - Shadow strategic meetings, participate in discussions, and execute special projects as assigned. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Windows OS. - Strong understanding of AI technologies, platforms, and their business applications. - Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Self‑starter attitude with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Completed minimum of 2–3 years of college coursework. - Relevant certifications in AI, data analytics, or business technology are a plus.
