Job Description
**Job Title:** Junior Brand Manager (Amazon) **Role Summary:** Accountable for managing the performance of assigned Amazon product listings within the nursery furniture portfolio. Drives data‑driven growth, optimises pricing and PPC, ensures inventory health, resolves compliance issues, and supports new product launches and international expansion. **Expectations:** - Own daily operation of product ASINs, delivering measurable revenue and margin improvements. - Maintain collection of accurate P&L metrics, reporting, and KPI dashboards. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with legal, customer experience, finance, and supply chain teams. - Demonstrate strong analytical judgment and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Data Analysis & Diagnostics** – review sales, conversion, traffic, cost, and competitive data to spot trends, diagnose problems, and formulate actionable plans. 2. **Listing Management** – monitor health metrics, adjust prices, conduct competitive analysis, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure listing compliance. 3. **Growth & Cost Optimisation** – implement price optimisation, PPC, coupons, packaging improvements, and product rationalisation to boost sales and reduce costs. 4. **Reporting & Finance Collaboration** – produce daily/weekly/monthly reports, maintain accurate P&L statements, and work with finance on forecasting. 5. **Problem‑Resolution & Compliance** – handle IP, suspensions, and unauthorized seller issues in partnership with legal. 6. **Customer Experience** – partner with the Customer Experience Manager and offshore service teams to enhance support for portfolio products. 7. **Product Launch & Expansion** – support go‑to‑market plans, launch activities, and international scaling initiatives. 8. **Business Transition Management** – audit and integrate newly acquired SKUs, optimising listings and processes for seamless transition. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years in product management, marketing, or analytics within a fast‑paced setting. - 2+ years of Amazon e‑commerce experience. - Strong quantitative and analytical capability; expert Excel and data‑tool proficiency. - Exceptional written and verbal communication, organisational and prioritisation skills. - Creative problem‑solving, content‑creation acumen, and ability to work autonomously. - Proficiency in managing multiple deadlines and navigating ambiguity. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related discipline. - (Preferred) Familiarity with baby product categories and parent/caregiver market insights. ---
