Job Description

**Job Title:** Business Intelligence Data Analyst Internship (Final Year) **Role Summary:** An internship designed for second‑year master’s students specializing in Business Intelligence or Big Data. The candidate works on BI and Big Data projects for major accounts, gaining hands‑on experience with data modeling, ETL development, reporting, and deployment. The program includes mentorship by senior technical experts and leads to an industry certification. **Expectations:** - Completion of a Bac+5 (Master’s) in Computer Science with a focus on BI or Big Data. - Fluent French (reading, writing, speaking); English skills are a plus. - Demonstrated passion for data technologies and strong motivation to learn. - Residency in France (mandatory for the internship duration). **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze decision‑support data models and provide recommendations. - Apply modeling principles such as Data Vault and Agile methodologies. - Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data warehouses using SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, Talend, and emerging AI/RAG tools. - Create reports and interactive dashboards. - Perform solution testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support. **Required Skills:** - SQL: essential for querying, data manipulation, and ETL design. - Familiarity (or willingness to learn) with major BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Qlik, etc. - Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and ETL best practices. - Understanding of Agile development processes. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bac+5 (Master’s) in Computer Science or related field with specialization in Business Intelligence or Big Data. - Optionally, industry certification in a major BI technology (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SSIS) will be pursued during the internship.
