Job Description
**Job Title:** Software Developer **Role Summary:** Develop, test, and maintain scalable, high‑performance applications on AWS and on‑prem environments. Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions, covering backend services, REST APIs, serverless components, and infrastructure as code. **Expectations:** - Minimum 3 years of backend or software development experience. - Proficiency in one or more of JavaScript/Node.js/TypeScript or C#/.NET. - Hands‑on knowledge of AWS services, serverless architecture, and IaC tools (CloudFormation/Terraform). - Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems, write unit tests, and maintain documentation. - Strong collaboration, communication, and adherence to best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, code, test, and deploy cloud‑native applications. - Identify and resolve bugs, ensuring alignment with business requirements. - Develop and update infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines (YAML Azure DevOps or similar). - Create and maintain technical documentation for enhancements, integrations, and environments. - Participate in peer reviews, technical architecture discussions, and code reviews. - Collaborate with internal teams to support AWS cloud requirements and data governance. - Monitor application performance and logging, apply optimizations. **Required Skills:** - AWS platform expertise (Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, etc.). - REST API design; SOAP experience is a plus. - Infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform). - Front‑end fundamentals (Angular, React, Vue) for collaboration. - Version control (Git), automated testing, continuous integration. - SQL proficiency; basic NoSQL knowledge. - Performance monitoring and logging tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High School Diploma or GED (required). - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required). - Valid driver’s license.
