**Job title**: Senior Implementation Specialist **Role Summary** Drive the ongoing health, observability, and operational stability of a leaf‑spine network fabric. Implement telemetry, monitoring, and alerting for fiber, port, and environmental events; support the integration of compute, storage, and network systems; and establish end‑to‑end operational workflows from detection to remediation after the post‑store (PS) team exits. **Expectations** - Maintain continuous fabric stability and performance. - Future‑proof the network by preparing for RDMA/RoCE and L3 routed fabric expansions. - Deliver reliable observability, advanced QoS policies, and actionable dashboards. - Ensure seamless integration and troubleshooting across all layers of the data center. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Build post‑handoff network observability. 2. Implement and enhance telemetry, advanced monitoring, and health dashboards. 3. Detect and alert on: - Fiber/optic degradation - Port failures - Link state changes - Environmental impacts (construction, cable damage) 4. Work with Spectrum‑X telemetry and advanced QoS policies. 5. Establish operational workflows: Detection → Alerting → Remediation. 6. Maintain fabric stability following PS team departure. 7.
